“A rare look through the microscope at the beauty of death on the cellular level” is an attempt at a definition of Death Under Glass, an exhibition of microscopic images of human tissue after death. Created and curated by medical examiner Marianne Hamel and forensic photographer Nikki Johnson, it is on view in the The Mütter Museum’s Thomson Gallery until December 16th, 2014.
